We are thrilled to announce that TDA booked several talent on "Bad Monkey" starring Vince Vaughn. You can catch Camila Rodriguez, Timothy Mark Davis, Jonathan Woody & Nick Puga on the first season of this American black comedy/drama television series. Bad Monkey premiered on August 14, 2024, on Apple TV+. Please tune in and support filming in Florida!

Sabine Krausch, our TV/Film agent, attended committee and board meetings in Tampa Bay.  Sabine joined the membership committee and Bianka and Sabine received the new title of Community Engagement Coordinators. Discussions included the upcoming legislative season and how Film Florida can help with marketing for the Screen Industry.

Here we go! Most of our talent and clients have noticed a huge switch from that summer lull. The bookings are coming in and the events are lined up! We are so excited to kick off the busy season and share upcoming networking events, workshops and studio tours in the coming months. Sabine had the pleasure of speaking via Zoom for the WIFT Jacksonville branch to offer her expertise as a Film/TV agent for TDA. Next on the docket, we have the WIFT South Florida Branch Networking Event on  9/4, Dynamic Color Studio - Studio Tour on 10/16, Producer Series WorkShop on 11/6 & The Fliff x Film Florida event - date TBD.
