Founded in 2006, Talent Direct Agency (TA#1412) has established itself as a vital resource for adult and youth talent across Florida and the entire US. We specialize in the placement of performers in various fields, including TV, film, commercials, print and lifestyle photography, voiceover work, and content creation/user-generated content (UGC).

Celebrating our 20th year in business, our team is committed to a hands-on and collaborative approach to talent development and placement. We take pride in the strength and quality of our members within the Talent Direct Agency (TDA) Community, and we are dedicated to nurturing their careers in the entertainment industry.

As a proud member of Film Florida, the state’s exclusive trade association representing all sectors of film, television, production, and digital media/tech, Talent Direct Agency actively works to enhance the growth of Florida’s entertainment landscape. Sabine Krausch, serves as a Board Member of Film Florida, sits on its legislative committee, and is Vice Chair of the Industry & Association council. Her involvement ensures that we contribute to the development of programs and resources aimed at strengthening the state's film and digital media industries. In addition, Bianka Krausch and Sabine Krausch hold the title of South Florida’s Community Outreach Coordinators for Film Florida, where they host bi-annual networking events via studio tours, and the educational "Behind The Lens" workshops fostering connections among industry professionals. Bianka Krausch also serves as a board member for the Palm Beach Film Commission, which is dedicated to generating a positive impact on business tourism and the economy in Palm Beach County. The commission focuses on enhancing commercial production through attracting on-location shoots, educating the local workforce, and providing exceptional services to both visiting and local production communities.
